Class Mission Statement
It is our mission to learn everyday, reach our 4th grade goals, achieve our dreams, and one day go to college and have a career. We will do this by making good grades, having a positive attitude and never giving up!


What's Happening This Week: January 29-February 2
Half day this Friday

Reading/ Language Arts:    This week's story is "Life and Times of an Ant" The reading concept is theme. Spelling words this week consist of words with inflectional endings. 



Math:  Chapter 6
Monday: Chapter 6 Lesson 4
Tuesday- Chapter 6 Lesson 5 Problem Solving
Wednesday- Lesson 6- Compare Fractions
Thursday Lesson 7-Compare Fractions
Friday- Half Day
    
Capital Quiz over Southeastern states on Thursday 1-2-18


We are working on Social studies this week. We are learning about the states and capitals. Quizzes will be given on states, capitals and abbreviations by regions. We are learning about the the Northeast region now. Quiz will be Tuesday the 16th. 





Students should continue the following practice as homework every evening until mastered:  basic multiplication, division, and subtraction facts.
