"Country Christmas"

Mommy pop the popcorn and we string it on the tree
Apples nuts and candy oh what a Christmas feel
Daddy play the organ and we'll all sing Silent Night
We'll have a good old country Christmas alright
A good old country Christmas that's what it's gonna be
With all the family gathered round our pretty Christmas tree
We'll open up our presents Christmas Eve about midnight
We'll have a good old country Christmas alright

Aunt Annie Belle will be here uncle Bill and all the kids
We'll make pallets on the floor just like we always did
Grandma bake the pies and cakes oh what a pretty sight
We'll have a good old country Christmas alright
A good old country Christmas...
A good old country Christmas...

Leroy the Redneck Reindeer
Well, you've all heard the story
About Rudolph and his nose
But I'll tell you a Christmas tale
That never has been told
You may think you've heard it all
But you ain't heard nothing yet
About that crazy Christmas
The North Pole can't forget
Well, Rudolph was under the weather
He had to call-in sick
So he got on the horn to his cousin, Leroy
Who lived out in the sticks
He said: "Santa's really countin' on me
And I hate to pass the buck."
Leroy said: "Hey, I'm on my way."
And he jumped in his pick-up truck
When Leroy got to the North Pole
All the reindeer snickered and laughed
They'd never seen a deer in overalls
And a John Deere tractor hat
Santa stepped in and said: "Just calm down
'Cause we've all got a job to do
And like it or not, Leroy's in charge
And he's gonna be leadin' you."
And it was Leroy, the redneck reindeer
Hooked to the front of the sleigh
Deliverin' toys to all the good ol' boys
And girls along the way
He's just a down home kind of animal
Two-stepping across the sky
He mixed jingle bells with a big ol' yell
And made history that night

Reindeer Pokey (to the tune of Hokey Pokey)

You put your hooves in, you put your hooves out
You put your hooves in, and you shake them all about.
You do the reindeer pokey and you turn yourself about.
That's what it's all about.

You put your antlers in, you put your antlers out
You put your antlers in, and you shake them all about.
You do the reindeer pokey and you turn yourself about.
That's what it's all about.

You put your tail in, you put your tail out
You put your tail in, and you shake it all about.
You do the reindeer pokey and you turn yourself about.
That's what it's all about.

You put your reindeer in, you put your reindeer out
You put your reindeer in, and you shake it all about.
You do the reindeer pokey and you turn yourself about.
That's what it's all about.

Jingle Bells

Dashing thro' the snow, in a one-horse open sleigh
O'er the fields we go, laughing all the way
Bells on bob-tails ring, making spirits bright
what fun it is to ride and sing a sleighing song tonight
Jingle bells, Jingle bells, Jingle all the way
Oh what fun it is to ride in a one-horse open sleigh
Jingle bells, Jingle bells, Jingle all the way
Oh what fun it is to ride in a one-horse open sleigh

Christmas Cookies
I sure do like those Christmas cookies, mom
I sure do like those Christmas cookies, dad
The ones that look like Santa Claus
Christmas trees, bells and stars
I sure do like those Christmas cookies, yeah
Now, Christmas cookies are a special treat
The more they bake the more I eat
And sometimes I can't get myself to stop
Sometimes they wait till I'm asleep
They'll take the ones I didn't eat
And put those little sprinkly things on top
I sure do like those Christmas cookies, mom
I sure do like those Christmas cookies, dad
The ones that look like Santa Claus
Christmas trees, bells and stars
I sure do like those Christmas cookies, yeah
Now those sprinkly things just makes things worse
'Cause it makes them taste better than they did at first
And they're absolutely impossible to resist
Some disappear to who knows where
But I make sure I get my share
And those kids just stand there waiting for the ones I miss
Sure do like those Christmas cookies, mom
Sure do like those Christmas cookies, dad
They get mad that they're all gone
Before they get the icing put on
Sure do like those Christmas cookies, yeah

Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer

Grandma got run over by a reindeer
Walking home from our house Christmas eve
You can say there's no such thing as Santa
But as for me and grandpa we believe

She'd been drinking too much eggnog
And we begged her not to go
But she forgot her medication
And she staggered out the door into the snow

When we found her Christmas morning
At the scene of the attack
She had hoof-prints on her forehead
And incriminating sleigh marks on her back
Grandma got run over by a reindeer
Walking home from our house Christmas eve
You can say there's no such thing as Santa
But as for me and grandpa we believe
